Onplan design and draft all types of minor building works to offices, detached houses, townhouses, duplexes and units up to 3 storeys. Minor works may included items such as an external roofed area, or a new front fence. We have also completed new office fit outs as well. We have design and drafting experience and previous construction experience in these areas. When you engage onplan for you minor works plans , we meet and discuss your requirements. From this initial meeting we create a brief to take away and refer to as the initial concept evolves.
From the presentation of the first functioning concept, a further 3 generations of plans are evolved with your changes to finalize the design of your minor works. As we move into the construction issue of plans, as well as the specific set outs for trades, we also ensure that any specific details or description of desired construction techniques are detailed, so that the builder and client both have an exact understanding of the minor works plans.
