We have worked closely with Paul and Ian from onplan on a number of projects on the Sunshine Coast.

These have ranged from water front Pelican Waters homes to renovations and extensions. Each project presents its own set of unique problems, Paul and Ian using their own experience can work toward solutions that meet the customers expectations. Hi, my name is Mick Demnar from Smith & Sons Renovation & Extensions Caloundra.

When engaging a Builder to carry out your building requirements, it's always preferable to have an accurate set of plans to work from, especially when it comes to renovation and alteration work.

We have been using onplan for 6 months now, and have found Paul and Ian’s knowledge of drafting the construction invaluable, when it comes to drafting design.

Because Paul and Ian have had hands on experience as builders themselves, this has made our job a lot easier when it comes to quoting our clients project. This knowledge is a huge advantage to the builder. As onplan have already reviewed the probability of design and structural problems which can arise during construction, this gives the builder peace of mind when working on the bill of materials, and a more accurate quotation for the client.

As an engineer, we get to see a lot of plans for new projects and extensions through our office. I can not stress enough, how important it is to have a clear and easy to understand set of architectural plans from concept through to our design input stage.I have known both Paul and Ian for a number of years, and find them to be hard working, diligent and intelligent people, with excellent communication skills. They have a very good understanding of what it takes to design and construct aesthetically appealing, yet practical structures. I know that when I receive plans drawn by Onplan, the drawing and detailing will be easy to read and understand. The clarity of the drawings is excellent.
